Role Description

We are seeking an Engineering Technical Lead for a full-time, on-site role based in Johar Town. The Engineering Technical Lead will oversee and guide the development team, manage multiple software projects, and ensure quality deliverables within set timelines. Responsibilities include leading the design and development of engineering solutions, automating workflows, and providing technical guidance to enhance team productivity. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and mentoring team members to foster professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Software Development, Programming, and Automation
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Engineering Management
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical acumen
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with modern development frameworks and tools is preferred
