Job Description:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, and research) to identify design solutions that meet business goals and user needs

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users through research, testing, and analysis

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines

  • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards

  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects for web and/or mobile applications.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
