Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Billing Sales Executive located in our office based in Lahore, Pk. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, promoting SCRIPTEM's suite of medical billing and revenue cycle management services. Daily tasks include prospecting new leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing client onboarding. The ideal candidate will develop customized solutions for healthcare providers and ensure alignment with their financial goals while contributing to the overall growth of SCRIPTEM.

Job Description
We are looking for a
high-performing Sales Executive
who knows how to close deals, bring in clients, and drive revenue. If you're confident on calls, understand medical billing, and know how to pitch RCM services, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold calling U.S. practices and physicians to generate leads
- Client acquisition through structured outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Explaining our medical billing/RCM services clearly and confidently
- Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and meeting weekly/monthly targets
- Collaborating with operations for smooth client onboarding
- Building long-term relationships with providers
Requirements
- Medical billing/RCM sales experience is a must
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with cold calling
- Ability to self-manage and hit targets consistently
