Job Description – AR Specialist (Medical Billing)

We are looking for an experienced
Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist
with strong expertise in
PIP, Workers' Compensation, and No-Fault AR
for a USA-based medical billing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    Accounts Receivable
    for US healthcare clients, specifically
    PIP, Workers' Compensation, and No-Fault claims
    .
  • Handle claim follow-ups with insurance companies to ensure timely payments.
  • Review denied, delayed, or underpaid claims and take corrective action.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all claim activities and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and improve collections.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and US insurance guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain AR reports, summaries, and claim status updates.

Requirements:

  • Must have relevant experience
    in US medical billing with a focus on
    PIP, Workers' Comp, and No-Fault AR
    .
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare reimbursement processes.
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    —both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple claims efficiently.
  • Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office is a plus.

Shift & Location:

  • This is a
    USA-based medical billing shift
    (Night Shift).
