Sales & Marketing Executive (Commission-Based)

Location: DHA, Karachi

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to promote professional training programmes and secure maximum registrations. This is a commission-driven role with unlimited earning potential, plus a fixed salary.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell training programmes to clients.

Achieve registration targets.

Build and maintain client relationships.

Support with basic promotional content (flyers/social media).

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Intermediate.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are a plus.

Compensation

Fixed salary: PKR 25,000/month.

High commissions on each nomination (unlimited earnings).

Timings: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs22, Rs25,000.00 per month
