About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, manage key client accounts, and lead our sales team to success. If you have a passion for sales, leadership, and strategy, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives

Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training & performance evaluations

Analyze market trends, competitor activities & customer needs to identify growth opportunities

Collaborate with production teams to align sales strategies with production capabilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and major customers

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 1-2 years in sales, business development, or a related field in Fmcg

Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline

Strong leadership & negotiation skills

Proven ability to analyze market trends & drive sales growth

Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities
