Job Title: QA Engineer (Mobile Apps)

Location: Onsite – I-11/3, Islamabad

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in the mobile app development industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our mobile applications through manual and automated testing processes. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to identify, report, and track bugs.
  • Validate mobile ads, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Ensure applications meet performance, security, and usability standards.
  • Document test results and provide detailed feedback to developers.
  • Participate in sprint planning and support agile development cycles.
  • Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of QA/testing experience in the mobile app development industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies (experience with automation is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience in API testing (Postman/Swagger).
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS app testing tools/environments.
  • Experience in bug tracking tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with mobile ads testing (AdMob, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools (Selenium, Appium, Espresso, etc.).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
