We are seeking a seasoned Manager Supply Chain to lead and optimize all aspects of the company's supply chain operations. This includes procurement, logistics, vendor development, warehousing, and material sourcing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the engineering solutions industry, with a proven ability to source high-quality, cost-effective equipment and solutions internationally to maximize project profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain management including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory.
  • Source and procure equipment, parts, and instruments from China, Europe, and the USA at competitive prices to enhance company profitability.
  • Identify and engage reliable vendors, engineering solution providers, and sub-contractors to reduce project execution costs without compromising on quality.
  • Manage supplier negotiations, import/export documentation, and customs clearance processes.
  • Collaborate with technical, project, and sales teams to align sourcing strategies with operational needs.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with international suppliers and continuously evaluate new sources to optimize costs and supply reliability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • 7–10 years of experience in supply chain management with an engineering solutions provider in Pakistan and abroad.
  • Strong knowledge of international sourcing, vendor development, and industrial procurement.
