Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Appointment Scheduler located in Karachi. The Appointment Scheduler will handle day-to-day tasks such as scheduling patient appointments, confirming and rescheduling appointments, handling phone calls with professionalism and efficiency, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the front desk team with administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Appointment Scheduling and Sales skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
  • O/A Levels or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are beneficial
