Company: Dev Design Studio Hub

Position: Appointment Setter (Design Campaigns)

Location: Suite 904, 9th Floor, Park Avenue, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Timings: 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

Dev Design Studio Hub is looking for a appointment setter with a strong background in design campaigns to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of proven experience in developing, pitching, and executing successful design campaigns, while driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the design campaign industry.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.

Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver client-centric solutions.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client pitches.

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead.

Manage client accounts and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development for design campaigns (mandatory).

Strong understanding of design, branding, and creative campaign solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding business development targets.

Ability to work in a night shift (09:00 PM – 06:00 AM) schedule.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Self-motivated, result-driven, and team-oriented.
