Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Manage branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales and marketing team.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and engage potential new clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and propose strategic improvements.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyse sales performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage promotional events, and exhibitions.
  • Ensure consistent brand visibility in the market.
  • Oversee sales and marketing budgets.
  • Ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns and activities.
  • Coordinate with production, finance, and senior management for smooth operations.
  • Present market insights and performance updates to management.
