Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence both locally and internationally. This role will lead the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans, managing client relationships, and exploring new market opportunities to strengthen our position in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales :

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals, driving market share growth in domestic and international markets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and adapt as necessary.
  • Sales Performance: Set and review sales targets, budgets, and KPIs; report regularly on performance metrics and ensure accountability.

Marketing:

  • Marketing Planning: Develop annual marketing objectives, including sales forecasts and budget planning, to support business growth.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market opportunities, recommending products and services tailored to client needs and market trends.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify potential new clients and markets to expand the company's footprint; drive initiatives to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high standards of service to maximize client satisfaction, promptly addressing and resolving escalated issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, finance, and other departments to align business objectives and deliver seamless service to clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a Managerial role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of local and international market dynamics within the packaging sector.
  • Proven track record in developing high-impact sales strategies and executing marketing initiatives that drive growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
