As we grow, we're looking for a driven and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help us deliver a world-class dining experience in the heart of Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and team spirit.
  • Ensure top-notch customer service and handle guest concerns promptly.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Monitor sales, control costs, and support financial targets.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on marketing initiatives and branding efforts.
  • Implement systems to improve efficiency and overall customer experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food & beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team.
  • Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with modern POS systems and restaurant software.
  • Knowledge of social media/marketing to support brand promotions.
  • Creativity in food presentation and customer engagement.
