About the Role

We're looking for a
Restaurant Project Assistant
to join our night shift team.

You'll help coordinate restaurant maintenance, equipment repairs, and small construction or setup projects — working closely with our operations and vendor teams in Canada.

If you're organized, proactive, and have a good technical understanding of restaurant operations, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate repair, maintenance, and setup work for restaurant locations.
  • Follow up with vendors, contractors, and operations teams.
  • Track project progress and maintain clear documentation.
  • Read and interpret basic technical or layout drawings.
  • Create short guides or reports for recurring issues.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external teams.
  • Suggest better, faster ways to improve workflows.

Who You Are

Excellent written and spoken English.

Organized and reliable with strong follow-up skills.

Understands restaurant operations, construction, or equipment basics.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Comfortable working
night shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
.


Bonus if you have experience in restaurant operations, equipment handling, or vendor coordination.
