Call Centre Staff – UK Education Recruitment Firm

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Office-Based)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and clarity
  • Engage with clients and candidates based in the UK
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Confident, articulate, and professional phone manner
  • Willing and able to work UK business hours (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PKT)
  • Previous experience in a call centre, BPO, or sales environment is preferred
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
