- Work on Accounting Softwares like QuickBooks Online, Xero and Zoho Books.
- Develop Charts of Accounts and Accounting Procedures and systems for new clients.
- Post entries shared by clients into their respective accounts in software on a daily basis.
- Ensure the accuracy of data entry.
- Review and process unpaid or pending accounts.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations.
- Monthly reporting to clients on agreed parameters.
- Analyze and maintain customer account activities.
- Coordinate with the manager to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work on Financial Model for Investment optimization customers.
- ACCA/CA track professionals
- Strong interest and a desire to continue pursuing your career in Accounting and finance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to partner and influence across functions and levels.
- Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills
