Takmeel Square is looking for a highly organized and proactive
Admin Executive
to join our team in
Bahawalpur
and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

As the Admin Executive, you will be the heart of our daily operations, providing essential support to all departments and contributing to a professional and productive work environment. You will be a key player in managing our office and supporting our work on one of South Punjab's most iconic projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize all property documentation, including contracts, sale deeds, client files, and transfer letters with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and legal teams.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain a professional office environment.
  • Maintain and update company databases, client records, and property listings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Admin Officer or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in the real estate sector is a major plus
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively.
  • Familiarity with the Bahawalpur property market is highly desirable.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
