Job Summary

Takmeel Square is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our entire marketing function. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the real estate market, responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand, drive qualified lead generation, and support our sales objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, digital expertise, brand management, and strong leadership to guide the marketing team and position Takmeel Square as a market leader.

Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our real estate projects and the Takmeel Square brand.

Market Intelligence: Conduct and analyze in-depth market research on real estate trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy.

Brand Management & Content Creation: Oversee the creation of all marketing content for social media, websites, brochures, and advertisements, ensuring a consistent and premium brand identity for Takmeel Square.

Digital Marketing Excellence: Manage and optimize all digital marketing platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising (Google, Facebook, etc.), with a focus on lead generation and ROI.

Lead Generation & Sales Alignment: Design and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies through outreach, events, and online initiatives. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing goals are aligned with sales targets.

Event Management: Plan and oversee high-impact promotional events, including property launches, exhibitions, and seminars, to create brand awareness and engage potential clients.

Performance Analytics & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels, preparing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and data-driven insights for senior management.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Direct and proven experience in the real estate industry is essential.
  • Demonstrable track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and sales.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Deep expertise in both traditional and digital marketing strategies, especially within the real estate context.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in market research, data analysis, and marketing performance metrics.
