Role Description

We are looking for a Marketplace Product Research Analyst to join our ecommerce team. The role involves identifying profitable, high-demand, and low-competition products for online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Temu, Shopify, and Walmart. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and experienced in using research tools to spot winning product opportunities that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth product research using research tools and local market insights.
  • Identify profitable products with strong demand and healthy margins.
  • Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, and product positioning.
  • Prepare profitability reports, including FBA fees, shipping costs, margins, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with content, SEO, and marketplace teams for smooth product launches.
  • Create SEO-optimized listings for marketplaces when required.
  • Stay updated on global and local ecommerce trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in product research/hunting for ecommerce marketplaces.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon, eBay, Temu, Shopify, or Walmart.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, Keepa, Viral Launch, etc.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Knowledge of profitability calculations (FBA fees, logistics costs, margins, ROI).
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in exploring new product opportunities.

  • Location: Karachi (Preference for candidates near DHA Phase 8)
  • Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift – US Timings)
  • Job Type: Full-time
