We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and experienced Senior Digital Sales Coordinator to lead and support our digital sales operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven record of working with digital sales teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily operations within the sales department to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

· Coordinate and oversee digital sales activities, including customer outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional support throughout the sales cycle.

· Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to optimize strategies and increase revenue.

· Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and management teams to drive digital sales initiatives.

· Ensure all sales processes, CRM data, and customer communications are accurate, updated, and well-organized.

· Main thing is to drive the sale , add new au and worldwide sales portals and enhance them and also expertise required on amazon eBay, account management mainly in electronic like phones and relevancy fields

· Assist in training and guiding junior sales staff to improve performance and team efficiency.

Qualifications

· 3–5+ years of experience in digital sales, sales coordination, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of digital sales channels and customer engagement strategies.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Proficient with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and manage a fast-paced sales environment.

· Leadership experience is a strong plus.

Note: Our office timings are from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
