Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Project Coordinator
with a background in startups or edtech sectors. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing multiple projects, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and driving operational excellence. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of CIRCLE's programs, particularly in the fields of digital literacy and women's empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination:

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from inception to execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in line with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and beneficiaries to ensure seamless execution of project activities.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders including educational institutions, corporate partners, government bodies, and community leaders to expand CIRCLE's reach and impact.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, donors, and sponsors, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.

Innovation & Strategic Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for innovation within CIRCLE's programs, particularly in the edtech and startup space, to enhance educational outcomes and scalability.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and organizational growth by integrating innovative approaches to project delivery.

Team Leadership:

  • Provide leadership and direction to junior project staff, interns, and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  • Support the professional development of team members through mentoring and training opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management roles, preferably in startups, edtechs, or technology-driven social enterprises.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects, including budgeting, resource management, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of digital education platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other technology tools in the edtech space.
  • Proven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and manage relationships with partners, donors, and sponsors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Passion for women's empowerment, education, and entrepreneurship.
