Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager – Machine Learning located in Islamabad. The Manager – Machine Learning will be responsible for leading and implementing machine learning projects, developing algorithms, and analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights. Day-to-day tasks include designing and conducting experiments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing models for performance, and staying updated with the latest advancements in the field. The role involves working closely with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency in banking operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Machine Learning algorithms, Data Science, and Predictive Modeling
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python,
  • Experience with data preprocessing, data mining, and data visualization
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, Keras, and Scikit-Learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 2- 3 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
