Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to convert digital leads and generate new business for our training and consulting services. You will be responsible for managing the full sales pipeline, from following up on online inquiries to closing deals through offline networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue and convert inbound leads from Meta Ads, email marketing, and Google Forms.
- Generate new leads through offline sources, personal networking, and strategic business development.
- Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and secure sales.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
Requirements:
- Education:
Minimum BS/BBA degree. - Experience:
2-3 years of proven sales or business development experience. - Industry:
Demonstrable experience in the
Training & Consulting
industry is required.
