Role Description

This is a full-time role for Estimation Engineering Professionals. The position is based on-site in Lahore District. The key responsibilities include conducting detailed material takeoffs, creating cost estimates, trade-specific estimations for architectural, structural, and civil works, and ensuring real-time project data integration. The role involves close collaboration with project teams to support accurate and timely bid preparation and sustainable project coordination.

Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting Quantity Takeoffs and material cost breakdowns
  • Proficiency in using Planswift, KUBLA Cubed, and RS Means
  • Strong analytical skills for detailed trade-specific estimates (architectural, structural, civil)
  • Project management experience with an understanding of real-time data integration
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in sustainable construction practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural/Building Engineering, or related field
