Role Summary:

We're looking for a motivated
GC Estimation Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for
general contracting projects
, with hands-on expertise in
PlanSwift
. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates using
    PlanSwift
    .
  • Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications for estimation.
  • Perform
    quantity take-offs
    and material/labor cost calculations.
  • Coordinate with project & procurement teams during bidding.
  • Assist in tender submissions and cost proposals.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market rates and industry standards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in
    Civil Engineering.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in
    construction estimation
    .
  • Proficiency in
    PlanSwift
    (mandatory).
  • Strong command of
    MS Excel
    and estimation practices.
  • Good knowledge of construction materials, and labor.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
