Position Overview:

We are looking for a
Customer Service Representative
to manage and respond to inquiries for regarding Australia Sub Class 600 . The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing clear, accurate, and timely information about the documentation process on behalf of
Bizoso Consulta
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, email, or phone.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the
    Visa Regulations
  • Record and forward client details to the internal processing team.
  • Assist clients in understanding required documents and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone while dealing with clients.
  • Follow up with potential leads and support active clients throughout the inquiry stage.
  • Report daily activities and queries to the team lead or regional manager.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in
    English
    (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or visa consultancy is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of the
    Visa & Regulations
    (training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Facebook.
  • Able to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
