Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a Visa Consultant to join our team. The person will be responsible for guiding clients about visa procedures, required documents, and application steps. You will also help clients choose the right visa category and complete their process smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend client inquiries in person, by phone, or online.
  • Explain visa requirements and process clearly.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients.
  • Achieve monthly targets and maintain records.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident, active, and good at convincing clients.
  • Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience in visa consultancy or sales will be a plus.

Timings: Monday- Saturday (10-6pm)
