Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify new business opportunities. As the first point of contact with potential clients, the SDR plays a critical role in the sales process by generating leads, initiating conversations, and nurturing relationships to hand off to the closing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and assess their potential fit for our products or services.
- Set appointments and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales/account executive team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest through personalized outreach.
- Follow up with leads at different stages of the funnel to ensure consistent engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and improve lead conversion.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, qualified leads, etc.).
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on market trends, objections, and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and productivity software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a BPO , tech, or B2C, B2B sales environment.
- Understanding of sales frameworks .
- Multilingual skills (if selling to international markets I.E USA ) are a plus.
