We are seeking a
highly competent and result-oriented professional
for the position of
Head of Accounts & Finance
for our
Group of Companies.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate
proven expertise in financial management, import/export handling, accounting operations, and compliance
with local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire Accounts & Finance function of the Group, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
  • Lead and supervise financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure effective
    import and export financial handling, LC opening/retirement, bank dealings, documentation, and compliance
    with international trade regulations.
  • Establish strong internal controls, audit practices, and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and support decision-making for business expansion and investments.
  • Monitor tax matters, corporate filings, and statutory requirements to ensure full compliance.
  • Supervise and guide the accounts/finance team across the group to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Professional Qualification:
    ACCA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Accounts & Finance, with proven expertise in
    import/export financial operations.
  • Strong command over financial modeling, analysis, and ERP/accounting software.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
