Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Accountant, based in Lahore. The Head Accountant will oversee daily accounting tasks, including managing financial transactions, preparing reports and financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The role also involves budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The Head Accountant will collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide strategic financial advice to the management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial transactions, budgeting, and creating financial reports
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and data analysis
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred
  • Experience in the retail or wholesale sector is a plus

Compensation

A base package non-negotiable at PKR 200,000 p.m.
