Job Title: Social Media Team Lead

Location: Head Office, Lahore

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Team Lead to manage and scale our social media presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the social media team, plan and execute digital campaigns, and drive engagement aligned with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Lead content planning, scheduling, and performance analysis.
  • Supervise designers, copywriters, and community managers for consistent branding.
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams for product launches and campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics, optimize campaigns, and report monthly performance to management.
  • Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong leadership, creative direction, and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and paid ad campaigns.
