  • Live in Lahore or can work on-site daily (Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
  • Can start immediately after training
  • Can speak and write clearly in both English and Urdu

Position:
Social Media Leads Manager (On-Site, Full-Time)

We are looking for a calm, polite, and responsible person to manage customer leads and assist clients throughout their buying process.

Your Role:

  • Handle customer leads from social media, WhatsApp, phone, and email
  • Talk to customers and share product details
  • Send quotations and prices
  • Follow up with customers and close sales
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams
  • Keep track of all leads and updates
  • Stay organized, focused, and professional

Training & Salary:

  • Paid training period: up to 6 weeks (Rs. 20,000 per month)
  • Duration depends on performance and learning speed
  • After training: Rs. 40,000 per month (full-time position)
  • Both training and job are full-time, on-site (NOT REMOTE)

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Basic knowledge of fabrics and home décor (a plus)
  • Strong customer service and follow-up skills
  • Organized, punctual, and responsible
  • Basic computer or CRM knowledge (or quick learner)
