Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients with a professional attitude.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Support the Human Resources department by assisting with onboarding tasks and preparing new employee welcome protocol.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly attendance and visitor reports as required.
  • Promote One World Immigrations' services to potential clients and generate leads through research, cold calling, and networking.

  • Excellent Verbal and Spoken Skills
