We are looking for an experienced Female School Receptionist/ Public Relationship Officer to join our fantastic team at the Educational World, Federal B Area campus.

The successful applicant will work alongside our existing team to provide an all-round administrative service, supporting the existing administration team to ensure various office duties are completed on a daily basis.

Job duties

  • Covering a busy reception, answering calls into the school.
  • Following procedures when introducing visitors to the school.
  • Involved in fee collection and follow ups with the parents.
  • Supporting members of the Head office team as required.
  • Liaising with parents and carers, a range of professionals and members of the public and staff, as and when required.

Skills

  • Competent in a range of IT systems, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs18, Rs22,000.00 per month
