We are looking for a motivated Junior Resource who is passionate about Data Analysis and Data Engineering.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of industry experience who want to grow in the field of Data & Analytics.

You'll work closely with senior team members to build, maintain, and optimize data solutions that drive meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

Assist in building and maintaining ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines

Support data cleaning, validation, and preparation for reporting & analytics

Collaborate with the team to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations

Document data sources, data models, and workflows

Learn and adapt to new tools & technologies in data engineering and analytics

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SQL (select, joins, group by, subqueries)

Basic understanding of data analysis concepts (aggregation, trend analysis, KPIs)

Interest in data engineering (ETL, pipelines, data quality)

Familiarity with at least one RDBMS (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)

Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills

Eagerness to learn and grow in the data field

Good to Have (Optional)

Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or any BI tool

Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
