Blu Sky BPO is a fast-growing virtual assistant agency providing back-office support, customer service, and digital marketing solutions to clients across the US and Canada. We are seeking a talented and versatile Full Stack Web Designer/Developer who is experienced in building, customizing, and maintaining websites on platforms like WordPress, Wix, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and other CMS platforms.

Customization: Install themes, plugins, and integrations tailored to client requirements.

UI/UX Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly layouts with strong attention to detail.

E-Commerce Management: Build and optimize online stores, product listings, and checkout processes.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Fix bugs, ensure site security, optimize speed, and provide ongoing support.

Collaboration: Work with digital marketing, content, and design teams to deliver seamless web solutions.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 1–2+ years in web design and development.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in WordPress, Wix, Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.

Design Skills: Knowledge of responsive design, SEO-friendly structures, and UI/UX principles.

Problem-Solving: Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and manage technical issues independently.

Creativity: Eye for detail with the ability to deliver modern, engaging website designs.

Availability: Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US/Canada hours.
