Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions.

  • Design and implement robust APIs for web and mobile applications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and user experience.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.

  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering growth.

  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in full stack development.

  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, and deployment.

  • Ensure that software solutions adhere to industry standards, security practices, and quality assurance protocols.

  • Lead and contribute to technical discussions and decisions during project development.

  • Support and maintain existing applications, enhancing functionality and fixing bugs as needed.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of Computer Science and Software Development

  • Experience in Back-End Web Development

  • Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

  • Knowledge of software testing and deployment methodologies

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities for mentoring junior developers

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
