Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a fresh graduate required for office work in Rawalpindi. The candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, supporting the team with various office duties, managing and organizing documents, data entry, assisting with communication both internally and externally, maintaining office supplies, and supporting overall office operations. The role also includes coordinating with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and providing support in day-to-day office activities.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills including data entry, managing documents, and organization.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external coordination.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, Word).
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Relevant degree or diploma in business administration or related fields is a plus.
