About the Role

We're seeking a Graphic & Web Designer to join our in-office team in Rawalpindi. You'll design engaging social media creatives and website UI layouts (in Figma) for international clients across various industries. This role combines creative storytelling with structured design execution — perfect for someone who loves both branding and digital design systems.

Responsibilities

  • Create eye-catching social media designs (posts, reels, ads, stories, etc.) for multiple client brands.
  • Design modern website layouts in Figma, aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with content, SEO, and development teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Prepare design systems, UI kits, and responsive mockups for developer handoff.
  • Manage design assets and project files in Google Drive + Basecamp.
  • Stay updated on design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging visual tools.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital or agency-based design.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and UI principles.
  • Portfolio showcasing both social media and web design projects.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly with team members.
  • Must be available in-office (Rawalpindi) and work 8 AM–5 PM Eastern (US hours).

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of WordPress or Elementor for web builds.
  • Experience designing ad creatives for Facebook/Instagram/Google.
  • Familiarity with motion design (After Effects or equivalent).
