Job Description:

NumDesk, a leading IT and Consulting company and an official Odoo Gold Partner, is looking for motivated and talented 
fresh graduates
 to join as 
Management Trainee Officers - Sales & Business Development
. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn and grow in the dynamic world of software sales, ERP solutions, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales and Business Development team in client communication and follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, sales presentations, and product demos
  • Conduct research on target markets, competitors, and industries
  • Learn NumDesk's ERP product suite (especially Odoo) to understand client needs and solutions
  • Maintain client records, activities, and pipeline data using CRM systems
  • Participate in internal training sessions and client-facing meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Eager to learn about software sales, ERP systems, and B2B business processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
