Job description

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from idea to deployment.

The ideal candidate should have both technical understanding and management capabilities — someone who can bridge the gap between design, development, and delivery.

Role: Technical Project Manager Experience: 3+ years (technical + managerial exposure) Work Type: On-site (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) Availability: Immediate joiner

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and interpret project requirements from clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Translate ideas into clear functional and design briefs for UI/UX designers.
  • Manage the complete application lifecycle — from concept to deployment.
  • Plan, prioritize, and track tasks using tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
  • Handle client communication, requirement clarifications, and project status updates.
  • Conduct application testing and validation before delivery.
  • Coordinate deployment flow with developers and DevOps teams.
  • Manage resources, timelines, and ensure smooth delivery under deadlines.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Good knowledge of UI/UX processes and ability to communicate design requirements.
  • Familiarity with Angular, .NET, or Laravel (basic technical understanding).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable in testing, verifying features, and ensuring delivery quality.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in managing multiple teams or remote developers.
  • Understanding of agile/scrum methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud environments (Azure / AWS).
  • Background in UI/UX or development will be a plus.
