About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Technical Project Manager
based in
Karachi
to manage and deliver a variety of technical, web development, and software projects. The role is fully
remote
, but the candidate must be located in Karachi for time-zone alignment and occasional in-person meetings if needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver web, software, and technical projects on time and within scope.
  • Gather requirements, create project plans, and monitor progress using PM tools.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between developers, designers, QA teams, and clients.
  • Perform risk management, troubleshoot blockers, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, daily standups, and reviews.
  • Maintain documentation, track milestones, and generate status reports.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clarity and organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or IT Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (WordPress, WooCommerce, HTML/CSS, APIs).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into clear tasks for development teams.
  • Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Must be
    based in Karachi

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background (IT / software / web development).
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification (preferred but not required).
  • Experience managing remote teams.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
