We're looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and closing projects on Upwork and similar freelance platforms, particularly for web design (shopify & Wordpress), digital marketing, and SEO services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write customized proposals and messages to attract potential clients.
  • Identify relevant projects and submit high-quality, tailored bids.
  • Communicate with leads professionally and schedule follow-ups or meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare project proposals and quotations.
  • Maintain lead records and follow up to ensure conversions.
  • Work to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bidding or business development on Upwork.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and web development services.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.

Timings: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
