We are looking for an experienced House Construction Expert to lead and manage residential construction projects ranging from 3, 5, 7 and 10 Marla homes. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in constructing houses from scratch to final finishing, with a proven track record of delivering quality work on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complete house construction lifecycle – from site preparation to finishing.
  • Supervise on-site workers and subcontractors (plumbing, electric, tiling, painting, etc.).
  • Review and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Estimate materials, labor, and timelines for each project.
  • Ensure construction work meets quality standards and local building codes.
  • Monitor project schedules and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Maintain site safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in residential house construction (3, 5, 7, and 10 Marla homes).
  • Must have completed multiple residential units from grey structure to final finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and finishing work.
  • Good communication, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage teams on-site.
  • Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations.

Preferred

  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (optional).
  • Familiarity with construction software or tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is a plus.

Pay: Rs50, Rs70,000.00 per month
