Job Description – Front Desk OfficerPosition Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional
Front Desk Officer
to manage our reception area and handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role is ideal for
freshers
who want to start their career in administration and office management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
  • Manage and maintain office bills, including
    internet, electricity, and other utilities
    .
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and official correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support to staff as required.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports directly to the
    Office Manager
    .
  • Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of important documents.
  • Support office management tasks and maintain a strong
    hand grip on office operations
    .

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
