Role Purpose
The Team Leader is responsible for implementing quality, range and freshness standards of offered goods to attract customers in order to achieve the set sales targets. The role holder is also responsible for exceptional customer service is delivered within the section.

Role Details – Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute store-level strategies aligned with organizational goals, including the establishment of a competitive product assortment and in-store commercial concepts.
  • Continuously monitor competitor activities—such as pricing, product range, and promotional tactics—within the store's catchment area to maintain and enhance competitive advantage.
  • Negotiate in-store promotions and strategic collaborations with suppliers to reinforce the brand's value proposition and discount positioning within the department.
  • Implement the approved commercial policies, ensuring effective pricing strategies, optimal asset utilization, and improved departmental profitability.
  • Manage and oversee the product assortment within the section, supporting comparative studies and data-driven decisions to enhance commercial performance and category efficiency.
  • Ensure effective stock management, including inventory valuation, order accuracy, delivery tracking, and minimizing stockouts to support operational continuity.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at reducing shrinkage and waste levels, reinforcing operational discipline and ensuring adherence to best practices in stock handling

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, (Master's degree preferred)
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in administration, executive support, or secretarial roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu; ability to draft professional correspondence
  • Strong multitasking, scheduling, and time management capabilities to handle multiple priorities
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools High
