**Job Description:**

We are seeking a **motivated and visionary Real Estate Team Lead** to oversee, guide, and elevate our sales team. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with proven real estate expertise to **drive growth, maximize performance, and deliver exceptional client experiences**.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Lead, mentor, and empower** a team of real estate agents to consistently achieve sales targets.

* **Design and implement** effective sales strategies to generate leads and expand market presence.

* **Coach and train** team members to sharpen client service, negotiation, and closing abilities.

* **Track and evaluate** team performance, providing constructive feedback and solutions.

* **Foster and strengthen** client relationships to ensure long-term success and referrals.

* **Collaborate** with management to set ambitious goals and align with company objectives.

* **Research and analyze** real estate market trends to stay ahead of competitors.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (**mandatory**).

* Proven experience as a **Real Estate Agent or Team Lead** with a track record of success.

* Strong leadership, **communication, and people-management skills**.

* Ability to **motivate, inspire, and drive** team performance.

* Excellent **negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities**.

* In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics and regulations.

* Valid real estate license (if required by region).
