We are seeking a talented
Backend Engineer
to join our team and contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. If you're passionate about clean architecture, efficient databases, and creating reliable APIs, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and server-side logic
  • Work with
    SQL
    and
    NoSQL
    databases and optimize data performance
  • Build and manage database solutions using AWS services such as
    Aurora
    ,
    RedShift
    , and other AWS DB tools
  • Contribute to software architecture decisions and integrate backend systems with front-end applications
  • Write clean, testable, well-documented code following best practices and version control standards (
    Git
    )
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure system reliability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in backend development using
    Python
    (or similar languages).
  • Solid understanding of
    SQL/NoSQL
    database management and optimization.
  • Experience with
    AWS database services
    (Aurora, RedShift, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of server-side logic, API development, and hosting environments.
  • Understanding of
    software architecture
    , microservices, and modern backend design patterns
  • Proficiency with
    Git
    and collaborative development workflows
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear and effective communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate, take ownership, and deliver on time

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in backend

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
