We are looking for a motivated
AI Engineer
to join our team and contribute to building cutting-edge AI solutions for our fintech products. You will design and deploy intelligent systems that enhance personalized financial services, strengthen fraud detection, and provide real-time insights to our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and train AI/ML models to deliver real-time financial insights and recommendations.
  • Build and implement fraud detection algorithms and risk analysis models to improve platform security.
  • Collaborate with software developers and product teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into live fintech applications.
  • Research and experiment with emerging AI/ML techniques to improve model performance and scalability.
  • Optimize models for efficiency, accuracy, and reliability in production environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in AI/ML development with Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Solid understanding of data science workflows, feature engineering, and model optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in financial services, particularly risk modeling, fraud detection, and predictive analytics, is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and passion for innovation in fintech.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and security practices.
  • Exposure to big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop) or real-time data processing.
