Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Peshawar. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role includes conducting performance evaluations, developing HR strategies, facilitating training programs, and ensuring adherence to labor laws. Additionally, the individual will play a key role in promoting a positive and effective workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in HR Policies, Compliance Management, and Labor Law Application
  • Proficiency in Conflict Resolution, Team Building, and Organizational Development
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry will be considered a plus
